Returns

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

• Have all original tags attached (if applicable).

• Be returned in its original packaging where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

• Items returned outside the 14-day return period.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
